The Productivity Commission today released its draft report into the economic regulation of airport services.
I welcome the report and thank the Commission for the work it has done so far and the people and organisations who have contributed.
The Commission is seeking further comments on a number of issues and expects to have public hearings in October before submitting a final report to the Government in December this year.
I encourage industry and interested people to contribute their views on the Commission’s proposals. The report is available on the Commission’s website at www.pc.gov.au.
