Albanese Joins The Mchappy Day Team For Ronald Mcdonald House Charities

Anthony Albanese MP, Federal Member for Grayndler, will take part in McHappy Day this Saturday at the Marrickville Road McDonalds between 11 and 12 noon.

“I am pleased to take part in McHappy day and support the invaluable work that the Ronald McDonald House Charities undertake in our community”.

“Ronald McDonald Houses provide a home-away-from-home for seriously ill children and their families at major women’s and children’s hospitals”, said Mr Albanese.

“A dedicated team of volunteers provides support for those families when they need it most, including a learning program that assists seriously ill children catch up on the schooling that they have missed.”

“I congratulate McDonalds Australia on their initiative. All administration and management costs of Ronald McDonald House Charities are paid for by McDonald’s Australia Limited so that every dollar that is donated on Saturday goes directly to help sick children and their families.”

On McHappy day $1 from every Big Mac and profits from every $2 red wristband sold will be donated directly to Ronald McDonald House Charities.
