I would like to thank my electorate for their support, as well as the many hundreds of volunteers on my campaign.

I would also like to welcome new areas now officially part of the Grayndler electorate, which include Annandale, Rozelle, Birchgrove and the entire Balmain peninsula.

Over the past eight weeks I have spoken to many local residents who have raised their concerns over the Coalition Government’s cuts to health, education and other important services.

These residents have been rightly concerned about what this means for our community in the inner west.

I’ve always believed government plays a critical role in ensuring equal access to opportunity.

As the Member for Grayndler, I will continue to advocate for progressive advances for our community and the nation, and am hopeful that with counting continuing, Labor will be in a position to form a Shorten Labor Government.
