Mask Makers Needed
Calling all of Team Albo’s skilled sewers!
A local resident has kindly volunteered her skills and services to create a mask making team. The masks will be made from old campaign t-shirts and donated cotton sheets.
We need volunteers for the cutting of fabric and for sewing. We will be cutting the fabric in the Electorate Office and if you would like to assist with sewing there will be packs made for collection, so that the masks can be ready for sewing in your own home.
All masks will be donated to local community groups such as the Exodus Foundation, to ensure that everyone has access to a mask, to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
To participate, please call our Electorate Office on 9564 3588 to arrange a time to come in for cutting fabric or picking up materials and to drop off the finished masks.
