SUBJECTS: Easter message; Prime Minister’s AFP protective detail accident; Labor’s fully costed policies. 
 
ANTHONY ALBANESE, LEADER OF THE AUSTRALIAN LABOR PARTY: Good afternoon. I want to take the opportunity to wish everyone a Happy and Holy Easter. This is an important time for people of Christian faith. And it was a great opportunity this morning to spend time with people of Maronite faith here and to see the service. One of the great things about Australia is that people are able to practice their faith with respect. We are a great multicultural nation. And I particularly wish all Christians a Happy and Holy Easter but I say to all Australians, stay safe this Easter. 

I spoke to the Prime Minister last night about the accident that occurred, unfortunately involving his detail, his AFP detail, but also some Tasmanian police. It is good news that no one suffered any serious injuries, it would appear, in that accident, but I wish them well. They do a remarkable job looking after us, and we wish them well at this difficult time. 

JOURNALIST: You said that you would fess up to every mistake that you make. How did you not know that urgent care clinics were not fully formally costed by the Parliamentary Budget Office?

ALBANESE: Well, they were informed by the PBO work and all of our policies will be fully costed and fully released and are. 

JOURNALIST: Mr Albanese, it's not the same thing, though, is it? 

ALBANESE: They were informed by PBO costing. 

JOURNALIST: There is an ad running in which you said this policy is fully costed. Should that be changed? 

ALBANESE: The policy is fully costed, and it's informed by work that was done by the PBO.
