Official Opening Hopsters Co-operative Brewery
It was my pleasure to cut the red ribbon at the official opening of Hopsters Co-operative Brewery at 198 Enmore Road, Enmore on the weekend.
Hopsters Co-operative Brewery is a network of local residents that used their collective skills to establish a community owned brewery and taproom. Opening a bar is no mean feat, and even with the restrictions in place (social distancing rules apply), the members are open for business.
