Pyne wastes the Parliament’s time with distractions

At a time when the nation is confronting serious issues like the global recession, reform of the telecommunication sector, Afghanistan, refugees and climate change, the Turnbull Opposition has chosen to have a Matter of Public Importance debate about how long a minister should have to answer questions.
