Senator Mark Arbib
Mark has shown himself to be a person of integrity with an unwavering commitment to the Australian Labor Party and advancing the interests of working people.
Mark is someone who has always put the interests of Labor before his own interests.
As General Secretary, Mark changed the culture of the NSW Branch by establishing constructive working relationships across the old fashioned factional divide. He is a formidable campaign strategist.
Even when I have disagreed with positions that Mark has taken I have respected his motives for doing so.
I wish Mark, Kelly and his family all the best for the future and am jealous that he will have more time to spend with them.
