I would like to extend an invitation to everyone to attend an open forum, Volunteering and fostering community participation, hosted by Marrickville Central ALP Branch.
The forum will be addressed by Linda Burney MP, State Member for Canterbury and National Vice President of the Australian Labor Party.
Linda is the newly appointed Minister for Fair Trading, Minister for Youth and Minister for Volunteering, and is the first Aboriginal Minister in the NSW Parliament.
She will discuss volunteering and other issues that are vital to achieving a strong, supportive and united community.
